We are nearly towards the finish line for this World Cup. Today’s semifinal match features England taking on the United States in an epic clash for a chance to play in the World Cup final.

Each team was undefeated in their group, haven’t played from behind in a match this tournament, have multiple goal scorers in the tournament, and faced a test in their quarterfinal matches that has set the stage today.

England pushed through their quarterfinal match against Norway with relative ease. The US advanced after facing France - who went down swinging.

Winner of today’s semifinal heads on to the World Cup final to face either Sweden or Netherlands.
